Senior Communications Specialist
Reports to : Vice President -Technical Services
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary Range: AED 35-40k (all inclusive)
Under the supervision of VP Technical Services, develop and deliver
internal and external communications strategy, including website,
intranet, monthly Newsletters, journal and other client & employee
communications. Contribute to wider Communication policy and Programme
Duties include but not limited to:
Promote and maximize awareness of our client as a brand
through effective development and delivery of the communication strategy
Produce press releases, press and media events, case studies, fact
files, service and product launches, awards entries and competition
submissions.
Write and manage the content of Middle East news releases for company
intranet. . Develop and deliver media relationship building initiatives.
To maintain and upgrade the web site, to ensure it continues to achieve
its objectives.
Develop and maintain an official photo library for use across a range of
communications forms. Coordinate communication between various
Operating Companies.
Writing, sub-editing and proof reading articles. Liaise with the
Marketing Department and with external advertising, design and printing
contractors
Contribute to planning of and arrangements for official events, in
particular the employee & media relations initiatives
Experience: Must have previous experience working in a similar role with
a large company/MNC; Excellent English language skills.
