Job Summary: Doyon Government Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop work with-in the Federal Government. The incumbent will develop work in the Western portions of the U.S. In disciplines that support federal programs and be willing to develop into other areas.
Essential Functions:
• Maintain annual reports
• Competently analyze Business Proposals
• Uncover and create new business opportunities through independent prospecting including cold-calling, direct mail campaigns etc.
• Demonstrate leadership ability and a teamwork orientation by successfully leading remote and local teams in high-pressure RFP responses and prospective client presentations
• Cultivate and maintain relations with complementary channel partners including to develop and drive new business opportunities. Work with the partner network to develop joint business plans, value propositions and marketing programs
• Maintain a working knowledge of all services offered by DGG in order to match prospect needs with DGG solutions
• Represent the company at networking functions, meetings and other industry-related events
