The Client
Our Client is a US-MNC and one of the leading apparel manufacturing company with retail, distribution and production facilities in Asia and overseas.
The Job
The Incumbent will report to the top management, manage operation in China and Hong Kong and be accountable for P/L. Formulate and implement effective strategic business plan and facilitate overall efficiency and profitability of the region. Organize and lead the team to achieve the company`s goals and growth objectives. Prepare budgets and forecasts planning for the region. Explore, identify and evaluate business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Skills Required:: |
The Candidate
The successful candidate is a University Degree or diploma holder in textile and clothing, business administration or related disciplines. With minimum 10 years experience in related field of which 5 years in a senior management role. Experience in purchasing, Quality Control and Merchandising is an advantage. Analytical mind, independent with excellent interpersonal skill. Strong leadership and people supervision skill, well organized and result orientated. Understand the importance of price negotiation and product execution. Proficiency in speaking and writing English and Mandarin. Frequent travel is required.
