Job: Technical Project Management for Individual Bungalow Constuction Project
Tasks:
To be the representative of the owners in interacting with the contractors, other consultants, institutions and individuals involved in the construction of a bungalow.
To be responsible for contractor and consultant identification, quality control, coordination, technical scrutiny, time and effort scheduling, cost estimation, payment scheduling, cost reductions, on time completion and reporting.
The contractors will be independent of the project manager and the hiring of the contractors and other consultants will be part of the task of the project manager. |
Skills Required:: |
Technical Construction Project Management
Multi-person year experience in the tasks listed in the previous box
Handled similar projects in the past and can cite references
BE (construction) or BE (civil) engineering degree
Skilled in use of project management and reporting software such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
