We are currently focussing on experienced Vets from overseas, who are interested in temporary or permanent migration to Australia.
Ideally, you will have five years experience in Dairy roles and will have good referees.

Activities, Duties & Responsibilities are as follows:
• Assisting in the development and investigation of the nutritional services the company
provides to clients with particular reference to the dairy heard well being
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of a strategic health management
plan and other health policies for the clients’ dairy herds
• Co-ordinating the ongoing review of disease testing and disease management
procedures and protocols
• Pregnancy testing services for clients both manual rectal palpation and Ultrasound
rectal probe
Program Tailoring for clients with assessment of the individual goals and needs of the
client in relation to: Calving: Non visible Oestrus Management: Synchronisation
programmes
Fertility investigations – Reproductive analysis of reproductive performance for clients
• On rostered call for clients for emergency large animal call outs |
Skills Required:: |
A degree or an equivalent in Veterinary Medicine (preferably UK, Canada, EU countries, New Zealand or USA) is a prerequisite accompanied by demonstrated experience in Dairy production, Cattle health management, pathology and reproduction. |
