As a Technical Support Representative focused on the Dutch Market, you will provide technical support and services to customers and the commercial and field services staff. Your responsibilities will include the frontline support.
Requirements:
*Dutch native and fluent in English (in addition, another European language such as German, French or Swedish would be an advantage).
*A degree in Technology or equivalent experience in IT based products and connectivity solutions in Technical Support or related field.
* A minimum of 2 years telephone technical/customer support
* Windows Experience preferred
