Our Client is one of the largest European independent
Property consultants.

The Opportunity:
This is an exciting new role within Our Client’s Retail Agency team and a great development opportunity for a dynamic and energetic agent. The role will involve provision of consultancy and agency advice in relation to Shopping Centres and other Retail premises.
Key Objectives / Responsibilities:
Specifically the role will involve:
• Identifying and securing new clients by presenting Our Client’s Retail Agency Services
• Seeking to build a strong client network on both tenant and landlord level
• Winning Retail Agency business with international and local clients – this involves generating fees in the region of 2/3x own gross salary
• Providing reasoned advice on purchase/disposal/leasing of Retail premises and undertaking transactions from initial instruction to
Final completion.
• Being responsible for negotiating and closing negotiations with potential tenants for shopping centres and other retail premises
• Assisting with producing and co-ordinating strategic marketing material and further developing the profile of Our Client’s Croatian Office
• Providing strategic portfolio advice for both landlords and retailers.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Criteria
• A minimum of 1 – 2 years experience working in an Agency discipline. This includes an excellent track record as an agent and having a good understanding of best practice Agency processes
And disciplines
• A good knowledge of the Croatian and regional marketplace
• The ability to deliver strong relationships externally and internally. This includes possessing excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication and sales skills
• The position requires a high degree of integrity, drive, entrepreneurial flair and leadership
• An understanding of business generation in Retail Agency and neighbouring disciplines
• The successful candidate must be able to speak and write in professional English and Croatian.
• Ability to work independently on own initiative and as part of a professional team
• Willingness to Travel within the region
Preferable:
• Ability to speak other languages
Education:
• First Degree or equivalent
Compensation:
