Job Description
To be an essential part of the development team of RFP for the PKI project, to supervise the PKI implementation, operation and to develop NIC PKI polices and procedures. Also to guarantee the smooth integration of PKI services with the current and future NIC projects. One of the main requirements is to guide the interface between NIC PKI and the national PKI
Evaluation of PKI project contractor’s proposals.
A detailed report of the best approaches to integrate the PKI services with the other related NIC, MOI projects.
Risk Assessment report about PKI in NIC environment and how to mitigate the risks.
CP and CPS for different certificates issued by NIC.
Submitting of status report for PKI project progress.
Training plan for NIC staff in PKI.

Skills Required:: |
Experience
Min 5 years in PKI design, development, implementation and applications, especially in Entrust technology.
Qualification
At least MSC in IT security or related fields
The consultant should be familiar with the Entrust PKI solution
