For the operation of a Hotel facilities located in South East Asia, we are currently recruiting an Engineer to coordinate operations with the facilities owning company representatives:
The Engineer position headlines shall be as follows:
Key responsibilities
Management of the maintenance team subcontracted to the owning company.
Coordination with facilities owning company to ensure smooth operations on the complex.
Preparation and communication of regular reporting with company.
Lead, manage and coach a team in an International Standards 100% foreign owned international company.
Cooperation and implementation of best quality services.
Respect and enforce the Company`s internal corporate policies and rules.
Requirements
Expatriate with a minimum 3 years of working experience. Fluency in English.
The Engineer shall have a team of 5 supervisors and 50 technicians under its responsibility.
Experience in commissioning is more than welcome.
