1 Building Supervisor
Search date: December 2008
Availability: ASAP
For the operation of Hotel facilities located in Indochina, we are currently recruiting 5 supervisors for the following positions:
1 Mechanical Supervisor: Mechanical (engine, generators, compressors, pumps, rotating equipments)
1 HVAC Supervisor: HVAC equipments (heat exchangers, boilers, split units, centralized HVAC system for all facilities)
1 Electrical Supervisor: Electrical devices (HV, LV, switch gears, wiring, distribution of high voltage)
1 Electronic Supervisor: Electronic devices such as CCTV, Cameras, detectors, light and sound appliances
1 Building Supervisor: building repairs (plumbing, carpentry, lightings, walls floor and ceiling)
For each supervisor, position headlines shall be as follows:
Supervisor Key Responsibilities
o In charge of supervision of all maintenance works related to the specific positions. Engineering support, design and project management.
o Report directly to Aden maintenance site manager
o Able to train all members of his maintenance team based on corporation regulation, criteria and government standards.
o To evaluate performance of staff.
o Draw up plans and schemes (Monthly plan for spot inspection, Monthly plan for maintenance and maintain of equipment, Quarterly maintenance plan, Yearly maintenance plan, etc.).
o Prepare monthly report and weekly report and submit to manager.
o Audit and submit maintenance application report and defect report.
o Set up and confirm respective technical document. Keep updating.
o Work out emergency response plan and organize emergency drill. Perform incidents reporting and investigation.
o Set up operation regulation.
o Prepare material and spare parts plan.
o Analyze and summarize running records and data regularly to provide suggestions about energy saving and cost saving for clients.
o Check and supervise vendor, supplier and subcontractor, evaluate their performance.
o Check and supervise operation and maintenance activities.
o Check and supervise PPE of workers and HSE condition.
o Quality control.
Each supervisor will have to manage a 5 to 12 technicians team.
Experience in commissioning is more than welcome, and mandatory for Electrical Supervisor.
Supervisor Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in the corresponding fields.
Fluent English
