Job Type:3yrs Contract (Can be converted into permanent role with Datacraft asia based on the performance)

Security Engineer (Level 2)
Responsibilities:
• You will co-ordinate fault escalations, in conjunction with the 1st level engineers/vendors to provide high-level technical management of priority or technically complex calls.
• You will provide level 2 incident and problem management. You will perform advanced trouble-shooting to isolate technical faults as the level 2 escalation contact. You will ensure that all change requests and incidents are processed within agreed SLA with client.
• You will administer and manage changes for IPSEC VPN tunnels, Firewalls and DNS policies.
• As part of a global support level 2 team, you will need to work in 12 hours shift.
• You will deliver internal training and/or knowledge transfer to team.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in Security Level 2 support
• Knowledge of any of the following: Cisco, Checkpoint NGX, Juniper, Nortel, Bluecoat, Alcatel Lucent QIP, Infoblox, DNS/DHCP. CCSA / CCSE certification preferred.
• Technical experience preferably with the following domain knowledge -
Security (Firewalls, VPN), Networking LAN/WAN, Remote Access Service, IP management - DNS/DHCP, QIP
• Proven ITIL client focused skills, able to prioritize and multitask. Excellent client service skills and client facing skills.
• Team-player, experience in mentoring subordinates. Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to relate and interact effectively at all levels.
• Familiar with Microsoft applications, Word, Excel and Outlook
