Duties And Responsibilities
• Ensure that all staff working standard and activities adhere to the required level of productions, profitability, presentation, safety and hygiene.
• Achieves food cost and administration targets and enhances the margins though effective stock management and minimizing controllable cost.
• Ensures that the highest level of freshness, innovation, courtesy and presentation of food and kitchen staff are provided to our guest at all times.
• Ensure that all processes comply with all food hygiene regulation and maintained at all times.
• Actively researches conceives and develops new food items and trains staff in producing these item to exceed guest expectations and develop repeat business and word of mouth business at all times.
• To clean the work are throughout the shift and maintaining a hygienic kitchen free from contamination.
• To receive, store, and handle foods with a view to maximizing shelf life, profitability and yield.
