Projects interface manager
NOTE - You must have UK, Europena or Middle East Airports experience standards coupled to UK qualifications
Oman - Development of Muscat and Salalah International Airports.
The Projects Controls Manager will manage along with the quantity surveyor, QServe, the time schedules, contractual terms & conditions, cost control and risk management, and liaise with the Technical Support Team and Contractors, participate in all contract issues, design & material submissions and variation recommendations.
Duties include:
Manage time schedules.
Manage coordination.
Manage Contractor design & material submissions.
Manage interface coordination.
Manage and liaison with Technical Support/Green Team.
Manage Change and Variations to Contract.
Resource and administration management of Site Supervisory Team/Brown Team.
Manage the administration of the Contract.
Develop procedures, checklists, flowcharts and matrices to aid in contract administration.
Involvement in the financial control of the Contract.
Involvement in progress payment activities.
General requirements

Skills Required:: |
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Good command of English, spoken and written.
• Airport experience (in some instances this may be waivered depending on seniority of role under-taken in other types of Projects, e.g. railway stations, shopping malls etc).
• Middle East experience (or other international experience).
• FIDIC experience (or similar).
• 10 years managerial experience .
