Senior CAD/CAFM Administrator with Support Responsibilities:
Ensure the region’s successful use of TRIRIGA to maintain accurate space, building and cost allocation data.
Maintain relationships with users and stakeholders in region to support their use of TRIRIGA. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of changes taking place that could affect the building and space data in that region.
Respond to user-reported issues with training and/or resolution. Route the resolution of more complex system-related issues to IT and track their completion.
Respond to and fulfill requests to update the drawings of record to reflect changes to the built environment.
Ensure consistency of CAD standards and service order processes
Monitor TRIRIGA for Drawing Change Requests that are not routing as would be expected by the requester. Take the necessary actions to ensure proper routing and completion.
Upgrade to the latest version(s) of AutoCAD and CAD Integrator as provided by the Client
Perform User Acceptance Testing when required by fixes and upgrades to ensure that newly upgraded tools are functional and compatible
Monitor Drawing Change Management requesters for customer satisfaction with the Regional Support Specialists and Program Manager
Maintain Workgroup Managers in TRIRIGA for proper routing of Drawing Change Requests
Monitor TRIRIGA for Drawing Change Requests. Approve and perform the resulting Service Orders using AutoCAD CAD Integrator and TRIRIGA.
Request Clarification when required by communicating with the requester.
Self-assign and complete Service Orders. Assign overflow to other CAD/CAFM Administrators
Perform Quality Assurance Checks upon completion of work to verify satisfactory completion.
Perform regular Quality Assurance Checks of the drawings and data
Maintain Service Agreements in TRIRIGA for assigned region to enable proper routing of Drawing Change Requests
Maintain relationships and regular communication with local key users to ensure process compliance as well as drawing and data accuracy in TRIRIGA
Conduct training both formally via virtual and face to face training sessions and informally via impromptu Q&A with key users.
Create and maintain training materials, user guides and communications
Identify the necessary actions by key users to resolve discrepancies or improve data integrity where opportunities are highlighted by the Data Analyst
Work with the other Regional Support Specialists and the Program Manager to ensure consistent support services and processes
