Recruitment Consultant Job - Oman
Our client is designing two new airports in Oman - one in the capital Muscat and one in Salalah. The immense project involves more than 300 staff members. Consequently, we are looking for an experienced HR partner for the project who can assist the project management in all types of HR tasks such as recruitment, introduction of new staff, organizational development and management sparring.
The job - Recruitment Consultant Job Oman
You will assist the project management in all types of HR tasks such as recruitment, introduction of new staff members, organizational development and management sparring. Your tasks will be, e.g.:
Ensure a professional recruitment and introduction process
Support in connection with implementation of personal development plans
Act as sparring partner for the project management in relation to HR matters
Support the work of establishing a new project organization
Initiate and follow up on initiatives in connection with staff retention
Advise managers on staff matters
Arrange seminars and workshops
Ensure full utilization of HR tools and concepts.
