Job responsibilties:
Provide guidance and assistance to the company`s Help Desk in resolving difficult problems.
Ensure the competance of the staff by proper training and development, appraisal and motovation techniques.
Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews and evaluations.
Manage multiple vendor relationship
Work closely with the IT Manager to provide ongoing development
Review and develop work processes and recommend suitable improvements
Review daily and monthly reports to ensure that the employees are efficient and properly processing technical support calls.

Skills Required:: |
MCSE, MCP, CCNA and A+ required but not mandatory
Supervisory ,management course would be highly beneficial
Advance knowledge in desktop and laptop repairs and networking |
