Title: Centre Sales Manager
Description:
Under direct supervision of the Area Director or the Team leader, the Centre Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the given business centre’s sales and profitability activities and therefore success of the centre. Accountable for achieving and maintaining centre sales, marketing and financial objectives in conjunction with the Area Director.
Main Responsibilities:
•generating sales to designated external prospects through effective lead generation
•Generating profitable new business within the Regus Centre
•Must maintain a high conversion and close rate.
•Contact and Relationship Management.
•Responsible for retention, expansion and renewal of current client contracts.

Skills Required:: |
Education/experience:
•fluent English
•Minimum 4+ years of successful sales experience
•Proven customer service experience in a service related business to business environment
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 and IT/Telecoms conversant
