| Job Description: |
Responsible for on-location photography of hospital events, iqama and identification photography, medical photography (OR, medical instrumentation/ equipment, morbid specimen), photography of flat copy materials, duplication, enlargement, photo developing and processing of transparencies and prints, organize and maintain archive of hospital photographs for easy access by staff. |
Skills Required:: |
1. Post Secondary Education.
2. Two (2) years photography program with certificate or diploma and a certificate for one year Darkroom Technician Program.
3. Diploma/ degree in Medical Photography or equivalent recognized by Institute of Medical and Biological Illustration (IMI) or Biological Photographic Association (BPA) or comparable professional organization is desired but not required.
4. Professional memberships is desirable.
5. Minimum one (1) year experience; following formal training.
6. Minimum three (3) years experience in photographic or illustrations department, following qualification.
7. Minimum five (5) years experience in commercial, technical, public relations, advertising and publications, darkroom capabilities for processesing and printing prints/ slides and transparencies.
