| Job Description: |
1. Specific Identification of Pathogenic Microorganisms like E.coli, Salmonella sp, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa etc, Identifying Morphology of Microorganisms using Gram staining,
2. Conducting Sterility test for all sterile products. Conducting Total Viable Count (TVC) Sub-culturing ATCC and others Microorganism.
3. Bacterial endotoxin test (LAL test), Microbiological Assay (Potency Test), Antimicrobial Preservative Effectiveness test
4. Swab & finger print of the Personnel working in the Aseptic Area. Microbiological Analysis of Water.
5. Closely monitoring of overall quality system in each stage of production, Environmental Monitoring like maintenance of class standard. Humidity, Temperature etc
6. Validation of Autoclaves, Dry Heat Sterilizer, Incubator, Laminar Air Flow, Filtration Apparatus.
7. Handling of HPLC. UV-Spectrophotometer, KF -Titrator, pH meter, Flame Photometer, Optical Rotation (Digital) etc.
8. Bacteriological media preparation and validation. |
