Contract administration including tender documentation, contracts, payment certification, etc.
Management of monthly progress meeting, preparation of minute, etc.
Preparation of monthly progress reports
Liaison between contractor, client, founders and other stake holders
Liaison with authorities and utility providers in particular regarding submissionfor NOCs and authority approvals.
Management of technical staff (inspectors, site engineers, etc.)
5-10 years experience in infrastructure project management post graduation within a consultancy environment
Extensive knowledge and experience of contract administration
Good project management skills
Project accounting
Construction supervision and contract management experience
Report writing
Advanced PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and a result oriented focus
Flexibility in regard to work hours
Ability to communicate in Arabic is desired
Qualification:
10-15 years in Building Construction
As a Deputy Project Manager you need to be enthusiastic, energetic and highly professional. You must take initiative and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to have a strong work ethic and understand the importance of this role to the success of the operation of the business. Experience in the UAE market is desired.
