Duties and Responsibilities:
• Interact with the Operational Leadership Team regarding content and delivery of projects.
• Prepare, monitor and maintain flow charts outlining developments, deliverables and timing.
• Identify interdependencies for all projects and facilitate communication among task groups.
• Collect data and compose reports for invoicing
• Identify issues and provide advice on project progression
• Act as Liaison with Sales Team and Operations groups collaborating with workshop and finance team to ensure project success
• Compose reports and proposals
• Able to effectively coordinate a number of projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
• Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills
• Able to work and communicate at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills
• Contributes to the successful completion of project initiatives
• Ability to drive is an advantage
Qualifications:
• 10 years of MEP Manager
• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Knowlegde and awareness of the operation of construction field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
• Report-writing skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Good organizational skills and initiative
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and Primavera
