Duties: Primary point of contact for all customers. Answers incoming calls and/or web based inquiries, entitles support, routes customers based on needs, sells support services when warranted, and performs special projects as assigned
Skills: Minimum of 2-years experience in a phone-based, call center, customer service environment. Interest in developing technical knowledge, current experience or aptitude in making decisions, thinking analytically to determine basic technical issues, flexibility to work various shifts, to include weekends and holidays, excellent communication skills with a strong focus on team work.
