Skills Required:: |

- 10 years of professional experience in the field of roads transport infrastructure;
- good knowledge of best international standards and markets in transition;
- at least 5 years in PPP practice, including successful closure of at least one PPP transaction in the road sector;
- at least one assignment as Team Leader a comparable;
- project experience in blending PPP with EU grants. |
