Requirements: • Have working knowledge in Air-conditioning, Fire Control System, and Mechanical Plumbing.
• Management experience with the ability to lead a team of engineering colleagues and communicate and interact with all other building disciplines
• Strong organizational skills
• Sector experience in building types of high rise, luxury villas, hotels, hospitals, commercial
• Strong Mechanical Design experience
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Able to interface with both clients and other inter-office disciplines at senior level
• Licensed or Certified Mechanical Design Engineer with at least 15+ years experience of which 5 years will have been in a similar position working with a consulting company.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must
Key Duties: You will be responsible for Mechanical design division and the technical capacity of the working practice
