Requirements: Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• At least ten continuous years experience predominately gained in a Consultancy company.
• Proficient in the design of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
• Ability to critically review drawings, calculation and specifications at all design stages and provide valuable design input and direction.
• Interfacing and working with clients in a professional manner to achieve project goals.
• Managing work of other engineers and drafters to meet project and client requirements.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
Desirable experience: Working knowledge of computer design tools: ELITE, Carrier and Hevacomp.
Prior design experience with various design codes such as British Standards, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IMC and other International design codes.
Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
