Job Description - External:Position Summary
Client, a leading provider of business integration software is continuing to expand our team. We are currently seeking an Instructor to deliver product training to Client customers, business partners and internal audiences.
Essential Job Functions
Maintain schedule and manage logistics associated with assigned training schedule
* Assist with development of training materials
* Maintain acceptable level of customer satisfaction from customer evaluations
* Suggest and support better approaches to current and future training and support needs
* Maintain Utilization and Customer Satisfaction Goals provided by Management
Experience - External:Minimum Position Requirements
Excellent presentation and instructing skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Desire to learn new technologies in a rapidly changing environment
* Object-Oriented development experience (Java preferred)
* Experience with both the UNIX and NT operating systems
* Experience with complex client/server and enterprise-level computing
* Understanding design, development, and deployment concerns and considerations associated with large-scale and mission-critical software projects
* BS/BA degree in CS, MIS or equivalent
* 2 years experience with Web development, HTML and XML preferred
* 2 years experience in training delivery and development
* 2 years web Methods product suite consulting experience preferred
* Software web Methods product suite experience a strong plus
* BS/BA degree in CS, MIS or equivalent preferred
* Travel of up to 60% expected
