| Job Description: |
Project Engineer is responsible to lead the fluid planning for applying on the rig site. Primary contact for the Customer Drilling team and coordinates with the Field Service Representative on the rig site to ensure the well program is being followed.
Job Accountabilities:
Develops the Technical Well Plan
Communicates plan to the customer and obtains agreement to the plan
Communicates and plans execution of plan with the Field Service Representatives
Daily monitoring of the execution of the plan with both customer and FSR
Responsible to develop and advise customer and FSR of any changes in the original fluid
program due to unforeseen well events ie. Higher pore pressure than offset wells
Responsible for product and equipment planning with the FSR and advising the stock point during the initial planning phase along with any potential contingency products.
Understands the customers needs and ensures our service delivery is aligned with the customers needs
Responsible for FSR to develop a comprehensive well recap capturing all issues, lessons learnt, and successful application of solutions used on the well delivered to customer on time
Visit Rig site as required for Preparation of work, to conduct training, provide on location guidance
Ensure all field tickets and reports are filled out correctly and accurately and delivered on time
Mentor new Technical Professionals, FSR, and Service Supervisors to improve their service and technical performance

Skills Required:: |
Completion of Undergraduate degree in Science or Business
Previous experience in a Technical Professional role for 2 years
Role Specific Knowledge:
Experienced in Fluid Formulations
Work with the Laboratory group for all fluid testing of proposed fluids and problems
Social Intelligence
Deals with customers in respectful professional manner
Deals with FSR in professional respectful manner
Strong communicator
Good listening skills
Understanding of well planning
Understanding of Product planning for wells.
