If you’re great with customers and have at least 6 months of previous customer service experience (inbound/outbound) handling telephone sales inquiries, RemoBIDs is looking for you!
We are seeking part-time customer service representatives for our virtual office.
The position involves handling inbound phone sales, home improvement consulting, booking appointments and providing superior customer service.
Representatives process and verify incoming requests via phone, fax, e-mail and process work orders via the Internet using our web-based software. Job also requires communication with customers through live chat software built into CRM.
Candidates must be available to work 15 to 30 hours per week during the hours of 9am - 4pm weekdays and at least one weekend day; flexibility is required.
Offering competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience + bonus incentives.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, highly motivated and detail oriented.
We are looking for extremely articulate candidates, experienced with business-to-business communication at an executive level.

* Customer retention and negotiation skills with a focus on service and sales.
* Exceptional telephone communication, organization, and presentation skills.
* Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet, and related software applications.
* Detail-oriented, team player with the ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
* Telephone sales experience is the key!
* Previous Customer Service/Sales experience
* BA/BS Degree
* Service industry background, experience, knowledge or interest
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Excellent phone etiquette and conversational skills
* Strong work ethic
* Passion for solar and alternate energy
* High school degree or equivalent
* Excellent telephone sales and customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* At least 6 months of high volume call center experience required (inbound/outbound)
* A background in solar is a plus, however the right individual will be trained |
