Job Description: Responsibilities:

· Tracking cost and expenses of the MRC;

· Providing financial summaries and reports of financial status and expenditure;

· Reporting on Recovery status (ITG recovers all operating expenses on a fee-for-use basis)

· Assisting the Finance department in the submission of SEC, BIR and other government and legal requirements;

· Detecting and fixing anomalies in expenses and intra-company charges;

· Providing financial health oversight of the MRC registered company;

· Acting as an authorised signatory for company bank accounts and transactions.

Skills Required::
The following characteristics are considered essential:

· Certified Public Accountant

· Able to work co-operatively with global finance and technology teams;

· An ability to undertake flexible working hours to meet with the requirements of a global banking organisation headquartered in Sydney, Australia;

· A quick-thinking problem solver, able to assimilate data rapidly in order to present solutions to day-to-day problems;

· Be a strong, dynamic character, capable of dealing effectively with colleagues, working in a constantly evolving environment across multiple locations and cultures;

· Be able to remain calm under pressure and when faced with adversity or urgent situations;

· Customer-focused with a “service first” mentality and best-in-class communication skills;

· Be able to view currently processes and procedures as opportunities for enhancement, tuning and improvement.

· Be comfortable with constant change and ability to reengineer work processes to cope with expanding businesses.

Minimum required experience:

· Minimum of 3 years continuous, recent experience in a similar financial administration position;

· Demonstrable ability to work effectively with Microsoft Excel and it’s advanced functions (to macro level) and PowerPoint.

Experience in the following areas would be considered very advantageous:

· External audit

· Budgeting

· PeopleSoft GL
