Job Description:
Take leadership of a proposal.
Read and understand the multidiscipline tender scope of work, assemble the proposal team and distribute the proposal documentation for all departments.
Coordinate the proposal process between various functional departments within the office.
Organise and facilitate meetings with clients, partners and subcontractors.
Ensure the proposals are prepared in compliance with Country, Regional and Corporate IMS Procedures.
Ensure Company policies, procedures and norms are followed for all proposals activities.
Prepare comprehensive proposals together with the appropriate commercial proposal and assist the estimating manager in preparing the cost estimates and assist the
proposals manager in preparation of the final technical proposal.
Any other work as directed by the Proposals Manager.

Skills Required:: |
Skills Required:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
Multidiscipline exposure in engineering.
Good command of English language both written and oral.
8-10 years of experience within an EPC contracting environment for oil and gas related industry.
International working exposure is desirable.
Good interpersonal and team-working skills is a must.
Result oriented.
Able to work within a multinational and multicultural environment.
Adaptability to change.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word at power user level.
