| Job Description: |
• Monitor TRIRIGA for Drawing Change Requests.
• Approve and perform the resulting Service Orders using AutoCAD, CAD Integrator and TRIRIGA.
• Modify building and floor entities to include furniture, hard walls, polylines and associated text blocks
• Be proficient in opening, viewing, printing, using X-refs and other standard CAD functionality
• Request Clarification when required by clearly stating what is needed of the requester.
• Self-assign and complete Service Orders. Assign overflow to other CCAs.
• Perform Quality Assurance Checks upon completion of work to verify satisfactory completion.
• Perform synchronizations of all drawings in the regional portfolio with the data on a weekly basis
• Perform regular Quality Assurance Checks of the drawings and data
• Maintain Service Agreements in TRIRIGA for assigned region to enable proper routing of Drawing Change Requests
* Participate in User Acceptance testing |
Skills Required:: |
Customer support Experience with any of the following global CAFM systems required: Archibus, Tririga, CenterStone, Bricsnet, Planon, FM:Systems, Famis; Manhattan Software, Accruent, Skire, BIG |
