| Job Description: |
• Maintains relationships and regular communication with local key users to ensure process compliance as well as drawing and data accuracy
• Collects user issues and delivers resolution where possible. Enters Remedy tickets and tracks resolution by IT for more complex issues.
• Conducts training both formally via virtual and face to face training sessions and informally via impromptu Q&A with key users.
• Creates and maintains training materials, user guides and communications
• Identifies the necessary actions by key users to resolve discrepancies or improve data integrity where opportunities are highlighted by the Data Analyst
• Becomes involved with other stakeholders to obtain a comprehensive picture of changes taking place that could affect the building and space data in that region.
• Performs User Acceptance Testing as needed for system fixes and upgrades
• Works with the other Regional Support Specialists and the Program Manager to ensure consistent support services and processes across all regions.
• Answers questions, respond to customers and provides solid direction regarding problem resolution.
• Monitor TRIRIGA for Drawing Change Requests.
• Approve and perform the resulting Service Orders using AutoCAD, CAD Integrator and TRIRIGA.
• Modify building and floor entities to include furniture, hard walls, polylines and associated text blocks
• Be proficient in opening, viewing, printing, using X-refs and other standard CAD functionality
• Request Clarification when required by clearly stating what is needed of the requester.
• Self-assign and complete Service Orders. Assign overflow to other CCAs.
• Perform Quality Assurance Checks upon completion of work to verify satisfactory completion.
• Perform synchronizations of all drawings in the regional portfolio with the data on a weekly basis
• Perform regular Quality Assurance Checks of the drawings and data
• Maintain Service Agreements in TRIRIGA for assigned region to enable proper routing of Drawing Change Requests
• Experience with any of the following global CAFM systems required: Archibus, Tririga, CenterStone, Bricsnet, Planon, FM:Systems, Famis; Manhattan Software, Accruent, Skire, BIG
