They are looking for a Mall Manager in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Vice Chairman, the incumbent should have managed a large sized Mall or Commercial Center for a minimum of 5 years. They follow extremely good HR practices, have very low attrition and the future growth prospects are excellent
The Job Responsibilities are as follows :
- Manage the activities and operations of the Mall
- Oversee the day to day affairs of the Mall
- Negotiate and deal with contractors for different works
- Plan out yearly activities at the Mall
- Approach different organizations willing to run campaigns in the Malls
- Participate in the Renovations and Upgrading plans
- Supervise the works of Leasing Division, Accounts Division, Maintenance Division, Personnel Division and Purchase Division.
