| Job Description: |
„XManages and supervises all administrative staff to ensure good performance and achieved results.
„XDirects the work activities of the administrative staff by delegating work assignments, coordinating schedules, reviewing output, and evaluating performance.
„XCoordinates with all the departments of the company on common interest issues to ensure smooth operation and efficient service to those departments.
„XParticipates actively in Management meeting according to the Resident Managerˇ¦s request.
„XMaintains an up-to-date staff files for all employees and casual workers and ensures that those files are properly accessed as per set policies and procedures.
„XWorks closely with Central Human Resources on Human Resources related matters including staffing, procedures, job description, performance measurement, training and development, compensation and benefits structure.
„XMonitors Staff attendance.
„XAddresses warning letters to employees, when needed, after cooperation with central Human Resources Manager and approval from the Resident/Executive Manager.
„XAssists in scheduling and planning special events and social activities related to building staff team spirit and motivation.
„XPrepares meeting notices, correspondence, materials, reports, agendas and minutes of meeting.
„XHandles all formalities for foreign workers, CNSS papers and Insurance Coverage.
„XCommunicates with local and governmental institutions; Municipalities, Ministers, General Security,ˇK
„XProvides administrative support to employees, head of departments, and management.
„XHandles the petty cash fund and coordinates with the accounting department for replenishments.
„XMaintains copies of the official and legal documentation of the company.
„XHandles all administrative affairs, travel booking, hotel reservation, visas formalities for staff, managers, and visitors.
„XMonitors the purchasing and using of all office assets.
„XPrepares employment offers and work contracts for employment purposes in coordination with Resident Manager and Central Human Resources Manager if needed.
„XProvides information and required input to the Top Management in terms of staff performance, labor laws and others.
„XCoordinates the work with external auditors.
„XCoordinates with the Collection Officer in preparation of the monthly sales report.
