Customer Representatives for a Medical Account (Inbound)
Ideal for nursing students/ nurses waiting for papers to be fixed
Starting salary would be a basic pay of 13,000 plus a 2,000 meal and transportation allowance for the first 5 months. After which employees would enjoy a mandatory increase of 2,000 on their basic salary, which would make their total package 15,000 basic and 2,000 allowance (17,000 gross monthly). After another 2.5 months employees would again be given a mandatory 2,000 increase in their basic salary making the total package amount 19,000 (17,000 basic plus 2,000 allowances).
Aside from the steady increase in salary successful applicants would enjoy Free Health Insurance, paid sick and vacation leaves and other performance based incentives upon regularization.

Skills Required:: |
• Candidates must have excellent English communication skills
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor`s/College Degree in Biology, Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Experience in a call center an advantage but not required
• Candidates must be willing to work in the Libis Area
• Willing to work on shifting schedules specially night/graveyard shifts
