We are a global aid and development dealer for Ford Motor Company and sell/modify vehicles for use by humanitarian and development non-governmental organizations, government and commercial businesses.
Key responsibilities of the post:
Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia reporting to the Country Manager and Regional Dealership Development Managers,
Responsible for developing a profitable facility managing all business aspects of it through appropriate strategic advice, procurement, diligence and monitoring, facilities managers secure maximum value for the dealership
To plans, implements and manages the sales programs activities and initiatives of Chevrolet under limited supervision
To manage all strategic, operational and administrative aspects of the sales unit.
To achieve annual sales targets
To develop and implement an integrated range of sales concepts and methodologies; plan and develop marketing and sales strategies consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business
To oversee all facets of the daily operations of the organizational unit, ensuring compliance with standards
To provide market research and analysis; prepare research-based reports and sales forecasts for the management
To develop and manage annual sales and operating budgets, and regularly monitor sales performance to budget parameters
To assume responsibility for all publicity, advertising, direct mail, catalogs, exhibits, awards, title sun-right activities, and website management for the company.
To perform direct customer sales in key areas; promote and maintain customer relations with major accounts
To represent the company at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promote new and existing programs and initiatives
To monitor a dales, marketing and after sales team for GM Dealership

Skills Required:: |
Ideal candidates will possess:
Bachelors degree or higher in related field
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Be able to communicate and motivate
Understands the principles product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling
Experience of managing sales unit is useful.
Must be adept in use of MS Office 2003 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email
Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash flow, overheads, etc.
Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts
Experience of tenders would also be useful
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior company executives + Institutional ( US Army, United Nations etc)
Reliable, tolerant and determined
Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other persons point of view
Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel up to a few days a month
Organized and methodical approach to problem solving.
