| Job Description: |
Pre-Construction Phase: Verification of Contractors Design and guidance of the engineering team. Project Execution Plan, Method Statements and procedures, Time Schedule, Camp design.
Coordination of Pre-Construction Survey
Follow up of Access to Site issues
Verifications of Contractors Management Plans
Supervising of Contractors engineering activities
Technical support for contractual items (claims)
Coordination with Project Manager and Engineering Manager
During Construction: Coordination of supervision team.
Schedule, Work flow, Scope of Work/interface coordination with supervisors, Spot check of supervision work, Administration.
Coordination of activities with Construction Manager and the EPC Contractor Site Manager
Monitoring of the construction schedule,
Guidance of risk analysis for cost, schedule and quality,
Assure that supervision is done in line with Specification, drawings and guidelines for construction supervision (to be prepared),
Supervise the correct construction equipment is utilized for the work to be carried out,the Contractor’s construction personnel are properly trained for the work to be performed,only approved materials are utilized for the construction works,the accuracy of the on-site material reporting,
Guidance for supervisors for technical and administrative items,
Collection and administration of reports from supervisors,
Ensure that there is on-site coordination between the HSE and the construction supervision personnel to make sure that the project is in compliance with the HSE requirements of the project,
Sign off the construction completion documentation (as-builts, check lists, test records etc.) to signify completion of the works in accordance to the project requirements,
Play an active role in ensuring that all health and safety procedures are fully respected and followed.

Skills Required:: |
Minimum of 15 years of experience in major construction projects, Experience in pump stations construction work, Experience and to keep good company with clients, ability to assert himself to client and contractors, Used to autonomous and independent work, Computer experience with working knowledge of the MS Office applications
|
