| Job Description: |
Responsibilities include:
• Modeling of physical dynamics, geometry and equation solving via simulation tools (such as MATLAB)
• Apply mathematical analysis to dynamic systems for localization/topology acquisition, such as multilateration, triangulation methods
• Mobile node positioning in Ad-hoc networks of wireless sensors, applying physical modeling and dynamics
• Experiences with wireless sensors such as acceleration sensor, magnetic sensor and gyroscopes, etc
• Moving target tracking, navigation, data filtering, apply statistical techniques (Bayesian model, MLE, sensitivity analysis, etc) techniques in data analysis, smoothing and predicting;
• Coordinating implementation with the hardware and software development team.
• Supporting the software development process, including the complete requirements analysis, design, development and testing.
• Improve performance, scalability, and availability of systems
• Diagnose and debug issues in a production environment. |
Skills Required:: |
• 2-12 years hands-on experience with distribute network positioning, wireless sensors, data filtering, physical dynamics, guidance control, motion analysis, navigation/aerospace systems
• Strong physics, maths and statistics background, and familiarity with Bayesian techniques such as: Kalman filters, particle filters, etc.
• Experience developing applications using simulation tools, Matlab, C or C++.
