A very fast growing Hotel Chain in the Emirates (4 & 5 stars) is looking for an enthusiastic Director of Human Resources with opening experience.
The position is responsible for the entire Human Resources department, set & implement all standards overall operation and administration, ensure smooth running of the department and maintain the highest standards at all times.
The right candidate has experience in 5* Hotels, seasoned in recruiting and demonstrating creativity in HR challenges and issues; Brilliant communication, organizational and administrative skills; Proven track record of achievements & results.
She is a motivator with excellent leadership skills who has held similar rolls in the past, enthusiastic, energetic, flexible team player who will enjoy the excitement and challenges of working for a successful and rapidly growing organization.
Middle East Experience is a plus, Female candidates preferred, Asian Nationality preferred.
