| Job Description: |
1. Develop country business strategies and monitor sales activities to achieve business targets, formulate sales & marketing plans, prepare budgets and management reports
2. Identify the business development opportunities and maintain a good relationship with customers as GSM Mobile Operators
3. Plan, develop, manage and implement the overall sales objectives in the sales and marketing business;
4. Plan, supervise and organize the sales collection.
5. Lead the sales team to accomplish the short and long term of company’s strategic goals and objectives;
6. Ensure the compliance of sales activities with the companies operating principals, relevant policies and procedures.

Skills Required:: |
1. Degree in Telecom/Electronic Engineering/MBA or equivalent;
2. With more than 5 years’ work experience in telecommunication industry and 3 years in sales and marketing. Experiences of local market are a priority.
3. Telecom operation management experience is preferred;
4. Team player with strong leadership; communication and coordinating skill, responsible, undertake strong-pressure.
5. Proficient in English language |
