Web Admin Support Night Shift Bridgewater Nj
Description: Perform Monitoring Support for Hosted Products in multiple sites using various products such as IBM Netcool, Tivoli, BMC Patrol and Mercury Sitescope. Escalate as required/documented. Provide Level I Support for numerous client-facing, internal, and infrastructure products and applications. Perform Operating System (Windows, Linux, Unix) and 3rd party product installation, patching, administration, and routine maintenance. Process daily, weekly, and periodic support schedules according to documented procedures/run books. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of Internet and Networking technologies, such as: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, Firewalls, load balancing, and intrusion detection. Experience installing, troubleshooting, and administering Server Operating Systems Windows, Linux, and UNIX. Knowledge of 3-tier systems architecture. Candidate should have prior support or administration experience in a multi-platform enterprise environment.. Good process orientation and communication skills are required. Flexible work schedule including nights and weekends will be required.
