Position Vacant & Grade Legal Business Development Manager
Salary: $60K to 80K per annum
Roles and Responsibilities
LPO BDM would be responsible for generating legal business for the company in the US through building a healthy pipeline of leads and manage cycle for legal business generation from lead generation, negotiation, and closure, realization of revenue and also up sell strategies to market the company’s LPO products in the US.
Responsibilities:
-Scan, Identify, develop and manage new opportunities for legal business development.
-Respond to leads/enquiries coming through website and phone line.
-Converting cold leads into qualified opportunities.
-Work closely and in coordination with the offsite LPO team in India.
Experience
3-4 years of experience with at least 2+ years of experience in legal business development in the US Market with a proven track record.
Educational Qualifications
Essential: Should be a Law Graduate/J.D. from any US Law School.
Desirable: Candidates with an additional MBA qualification shall be preferred.

Skills Required:: |
The candidate should be at ease using business productivity tools and applications
-S/he should have the capability to be able to sell to understand and sell legal work products.
-The candidate should have familiarity with online communication tools, etc. and should have -excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Good team player and flexibility to think and work out of the box
