Maitre D’hotel:
If you have several years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (cruise experience would be an advantage). A very good knowledge of German is necessary (and of English). We seek an extrovert, who can play to perfection the part of dealing stylishly with all our guests in the restaurant. This includes motivating and training an international service team of which you are always, visibly, the leader. In addition to knowledge of 5-star service standards you will have a talent for organisation and supervision, and will bring your creativity and initiative to the various on-board events. You will maintain hygiene standards and ensure that the ambience is always clean and attractive.

Skills Required:: |
You must have the knowledge, skills and abilities required or preferred for this position.
Must have an excellent command of the German language.
Experience in the cruise ship industry
Strong verbal and good written communication skills.
Ability to work well under stress.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
