CHEF:
You have formal training as a chef and have already worked in similar positions for several years. A very good knowledge of German is necessary (and English). You are experienced at producing specified dishes that are masterly and match up exactly with the head chef’s ideas. You are resilient, a team player, and appreciate being solely responsible for your various functions (in charge of the larder, desserts, sauces, and patisserie). It is up to you to delight our guests with fresh, creative and also regional cuisine.
