| Job Description: |
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer for all aspects of position description.
Performs a variety of difficult and complex secretarial and routine administrative tasks in support of the CEO’s Office; participates in technical work characteristic of the CEO’s office. Display a high level of administration, communication and coordination skills for the office of the CEO, incorporating the ability to liaise and consult effectively with personal at all levels, within and external to the organization, and the ability to prepare and present quality written material, maintains calendar of appointment and travel arrangement; posting mails; receives visitors; ascertains reason for visit and notifies appropriate party.
Should have at least 5 years experience, excellent computer knowledge and bilingual English and Arabic.
