Responsibility: The principle activities or this role are:
To help consolidate our clients reputation and relationship with our key clients with the aim of securing new and repeat business,
To seek out new opportunities and new clients forour clients PM/CM International, including identifying potential business partnerships where appropriate.
To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate at least the following experience:
Excellent knowledge and experience of the GCC construction industry.
Strong key client relationship creation, development, management
At least 15 years experience within the construction industry
Pricing of tender submissions
Risk assessments on new clients (including credit worthiness and payment reputation) as well as on project opportunities.
Requirements: Our clients entrust our client with the major projects that will shape the future face of the country and the Gulf region. This is an opportunity to join us and take the leadership role of Business Development Director Construction with our company.
You will join the regions market leader in a senior management position and take responsibility for profitably growing our PM/CM International business of program/project management, construction management and construction supervision in the established locations of Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Oman and, to profitably expand the business into new geographical areas.
Skills: Arabic language skills together with an excellent command of English language, both spoken and written, are requirements for this key senior position.
