Job Title: Draftsman 2 (Architectural)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Underground station Shop and As-built CAD drawings based on information provided by the client and engineers;
• Monitoring and tracking the drawings;
• Coordinating to the subcontractors regarding the submitted designs;
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in preparation;
• Provided CAD and drafting guidance to junior operators;
• Provided design review and improvements in interpreting and compliance with military drawing standards, to include; ASME, Global, and Contract Requirements;
• Plotting coordinates for Topographic survey;
• Revising commended drawings of the consultant for the approval of the engineers.
Qualifications:
• 5 years experience
• Experience in the Construction of Built Environment projects;
• Experienced in the specification, evaluation and documentation of equipment;
• Work is performed in accordance with broad technical guidelines and with minimal supervision;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritisation of work to achieve them;
• Knowledge to operate MS Office;
• Knowledge to operate Auto-CAD up to latest version;
• Knowledge to operate 3D Max and 3D Viz;
• Knowledge to operate Photoshop and Corel Draw.
