Our Client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead QS Services and be part of Project Management teams on large scale building projects.

Skills Required:: |
• Supervising QS teams preparing BQ’s;
• Preparation of Cost Plans
• Value Engineering
• Preparation of budget and cost estimates, to include complete building works, MEP and Infrastructure;
• Recommend procurement method for project, and adapt FIDIC conditions to suit tender documents
• Post contract administration, site-based, under FIDIC contract form
