| Job Description: |
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as pool director. The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics: energetic, willing to take iniative, organized, computer literate, able to multi task. The pool director is responsible for all aspects of daily operations, providing quality programs, all aspects of staffing including hiring and scheduling, program development, communication with memebrs, maintaining operational budget, monthly reports to Board of Directors, and pre and post season preparations. |
Skills Required:: |
the ideal candidate should have a BA in Recreation/Public/business administration or the equivalent in job experience. Five years experience on Recreation or Aquatics management in similar facility. The candidate must be Red Cross Life Guard certified, Certified in CPR, First Aid and WSI (preferred). |
