A chemical distributor is seeking a customer service representative to assist with the distribution of chemicals to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting orders and defining when items will be delivered
- Will take calls relating to the companies order placing, rates guarantees, shipping dates etc
- Need to be very articulate and able to multi task.
- Prefer someone that has moved products in a distribution center.
- Some data entry and administrative duties.

Requirements:
- AVAILABLE to work 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.
- A criminal background check, credit check and drug screen will be conducted.
- 1+ year of customer service, clerical and/or call center experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent phone skills
